또 한 해가 흘렀습니다. 올해 CBC 책 판매를 이 번주 5월 13일 정오부터 합니다. 장소는 작년과 다른 곳이구요. Memorial Dr. 가까운 곳에서 합니다. 장소를 옮긴 이유는 더넓은 곳에서 책 판매를 하기 위해서랍니다. 누군가 책을 기증하면 그것을 모아서 1-2불에 판매를 하는데, 이것은 읽기 장애를 앓는 아이들을 위한 기금 모금의 일환입니다.
한시간 전에 가서 줄을 서는 것이 좋습니다. 안 그러면 밖에서 한 시간을 더 기다려야 할지도 모르고 좋은 책이 많이 빠지기 때문입니다. 저는 이번에 가면 CBC는 네번째인 것같군요. Calgary Herald는 6월에 따로 있습니다.

That’s the white building at the bottom of those lengthy stairs leading from Memorial Drive to Crescent Drive and across the street from the pedestrian bridge that leads to Prince’s Island! Admission - $2 per person (Children free!)
Book Sale:
Fri., May 13 – noon to 9 pm
Sat., May 14 – 9 am to 6 pm
Sun., May15 – 9 am to 4 pm

We’re also collecting books for the sale April 27 to May 10
So, if you have any gently used books: children’s, fiction and non-fiction hard covers or paperbacks, mysteries, travel, cookbooks, sport - you name - we’ll take it! As with everything there are exceptions – no textbooks, magazines, old manuals or encyclopedias please.
You can drop off your donated books at the following locations:
